NFL Draft Plans

The NFL draft is coming to Nashville April 25-27 and the Nashville Packer Backers plan to be there to watch and celebrate as our team selects future stars. Here’s what you need to know.

The Draft
The draft is a three-day sports and entertainment extravaganza taking place in downtown Nashville from a stage set up on First Avenue at the end of lower Broadway. When teams aren’t picking players, country music stars will be pickin’ guitars. Tim McGraw will perform Friday night and Dierks Bentley on Saturday. You can see the entire schedule here. They’re closing off the street and expecting 100,000 people.

Packers Fan’s Home Base
The Nashville Packer Backers are making the Florida Georgia Line House (FGL House, http://fglhouse.com/ ) our home base for the draft and invite Packers fans visiting Nashville for the draft to join us.  FGL House (which will stand for Future Green Bay Legends during the draft) is in an ideal location. At 120 3rd Ave South, its just off the madness of Broadway, but a short three block walk to the main stage so you’ll never miss a Packers pick.

What to Wear
Nashville Packer Backers should show their team spirit and hometown pride by wearing a Nashville Packer Backers shirt. It doesn’t matter which one. Just pick your favorite and prepare to be the envy of visiting Packers fans.

NFL Fan Mobile Pass
If you want to get up close at the draft, you’ll need the NFL’s free Fan Mobile Pass.  Here’s how the NFL describes it. “Fans can follow the 2019 NFL Draft action by downloading the Fan Mobile Pass app. The app will serve as the central hub for information and updates on NFL Draft Experience and concert series. Fan Mobile Pass also offers fans a chance to gain access to exclusive viewing areas at the NFL Draft Main Stage, so they may watch in person as the picks unfold and Draft boards come to life. The Fan Mobile Pass app will be available in mid-April. All fans who pre-register will be notified when the app is available. Fans may register today at NFL.com/FanMobilePass.”
